[ This is a really, really poor attempt at making a filter. Really, really, miraculously poor attempt. ]
... Um! Ryougi-san, I'd... I'd like to fulfill my promise, so... If there's something you'd like to do today, please tell me. Even though it's our first Valentine's Day together... I hope I don't disappoint you.

It's Valentine's Day, and Mikuru is out and about! She's visiting several people in Luceti today, to give them Thank You chocolates, but she's made extra. She might bump into you (literally), she might fall into you, or she might trip and drop everything near you! It's a good thing she wrapped up the chocolate she made with Haruhi during their sleepover really tightly.
Feel free to run into her wherever! Maybe she'll give you some chocolate. ]

[ For what it's worth, Mikuru really doesn't think she's being too suspicious, but she can't help it. She's a bit clumsy, it's very natural on her part.
You see, she's only just arrived in Luceti, and she's trying to avoid being seen. The New Feather Syndrome, let's call it, combined with the fact this situation is incredibly new and downright scary (for a time traveler, at least) has made her attempt to hide herself. She simply can't be seen, and if she is, she might lose her job! Or get scolded. One of the two, probably.
So for a few good hours in the afternoon, Mikuru is ducking behind buildings and bushes and burying herself in snow in an attempt to hide. She is still dressed in her New Feather dress, and she's incredibly obvious, no matter how hard she tries. Partially because she keeps bursting into tears.
You can bump into her trying to hide away from the village -- maybe she's on the ground crying behind/in front of the fountain, or maybe she's sitting in some bushes rather obviously, either way, she's there and she looks like an idiot.
After a while, she finds herself at the SOS Brigade's HQ. Instead of going in like a normal person, though, she goes out back and crawls in through the window, rolling unceremoniously into the closet, where she closes the door and hides.
Should you wander into the back room in the Brigade HQ, you will probably hear her crying and shuffling around in the closet. It is, unfortunately, not a ghost.
